Specifications:
Cabinet Construction - All case components
i.e. sides, tops, and bottoms are constructed of 3/4" maple veneer plywood,
dadoed for maximum strength. Exposed cabinets and panels are constructed
of a high-grade plain sliced veneer plywood.
Face Frames - Made of solid 3/4" hardwood,
pocket holed, glued and screwed together, them splined to the case to ensure a
strong and secure cabinet.
Cabinet Backs - All backs are 1/4" veneer
plywood, rabbeted into cabinet sides for strength and squareness of the case.
Toe Kicks - Constructed of 3/4"
solid hardwood, glued and screwed to the case for strength and everlasting
durability.
Shelving - Constructed of 3/4" maple
veneer plywood with wood veneer edge banding. Optional edge treatment is
available in different profiles. Shelving is made adjustable where
applicable. Shelves longer than 36" in length are constructed of 1" maple
plywood to aid against warping and sagging.
Cabinet Doors - Available in numerous
styles, profiles, configurations, and materials to accommodate the elegance and
practicality of your cabinetry. Standard raised panel doors are
constructed of 3/4" hardwood, unless specified otherwise.
Drawer Boxes - Constructed of 5/8" soft
maple, dove tailed and glued together with a 1/4" veneer plywood bottom to
ensure maximum strength and durability.
Drawer Fronts - Also available in numerous
styles, profiles, configurations, and materials to match your custom built
doors.
Finish - All usable surfaces inside and
out are finished with a two-step satin sheen catalyzed varish to protect and
provide elegance and beauty for years to come. Cabinet interiors are
finished natural for a bright, clean appearance.
Installation - Cabinetry and accessories
are installed by our experienced installers in a professional and timely manner.
